Job Title: ServiceNow Consultant

Locations: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term

Rate: $55-60/hr (Only on W2)

Job Summary:

We are expanding our ServiceNow team in Phoenix, AZ and are looking for talented professionals across multiple levels.

All positions require strong ServiceNow expertise, hands-on skills in core modules, and the ability to work onsite from our Phoenix office.

Modules Experience required – ServiceNow role required exp on modules IT Service Management (ITSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM).

1. ServiceNow Junior QA (2–3 years)

• Hands-on QA experience in ServiceNow platform

• Exposure to Automated Test Framework (ATF) or willingness to learn and work with ATF

• Strong understanding of functional and regression testing

2. ServiceNow Junior Developer (2–3 years)

• Experience developing on ServiceNow platform

• Expertise in modules: CMDB, ITAM, ITOM, and ITSM

• Strong scripting knowledge (JavaScript preferred)

3. ServiceNow Senior Developer (8+ years)

• Deep experience developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions

• Subject matter expertise in CMDB, ITAM, ITOM, and ITSM

• Ability to lead design, architecture, and complex development efforts

4. ServiceNow Senior Administrator (8+ years)

• Strong background in ServiceNow administration and configuration

• Expertise in CMDB, ITAM, ITOM, and ITSM modules

• Skilled in system upgrades, integrations, workflow management, and user/group administration
