Each short video (3–4 minutes) will showcase real-life workplace challenges—like IT password resets, employee onboarding/offboarding, IT visibility, risk management, and customer service—told in a funny yet professional way.

The goal is to create engaging, story-driven videos that make enterprise and government audiences in the GCC region laugh, relate, and learn how RAQMEA uses the ServiceNow platform to simplify and transform work.
