ServiceNow ITOM Configuration Expert

Role Description

Technical experts will execute in-depth configurations and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM, including:

• Discovery patterns, probes, and sensors
• MID Server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Event Management rule creation and alert correlation
• Service Mapping design and deployment

The successful candidate will develop and maintain integration solutions with external systems, translate technical requirements into scalable implementations, and work closely with Solution Architects and engagement leads. Key Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience
• 2+ years of direct ServiceNow ITOM hands-on work
• Demonstrated experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
• Ability to independently deliver technical solutions with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication, particularly around documenting complex logic
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within distributed teams
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% as needed
