Job Description:
As a ServiceNow technical consultant, you will be responsible for driving business value by implementing innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience leading technical advisement and development, guiding clients through understanding technical solutions to their business requirements.
- Drive process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis.
- Identify areas of business process improvement (efficiency and effectiveness) and recommend solutions.
- Communicate with the team and client business process and requirements.
- Provide guidance and deliver successful implementation of the to-be processes in partnership with other members of the project team.
Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years of technical experience as a ServiceNow technical consultant.
- Proven consulting experience leading analysis and documentation of as-is processes and definition and deployment of to-be processes and solutions in client environments.
- ServiceNow Certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM, Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA).
- Ability to wear multiple hats for an implementation.
