Job Title: ServiceNow Architect – Source to Pay

About the role: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in the Source-to-Pay (S2P) domain to join our London-based team. The ideal candidate will design, architect, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements in procurement, supplier management, sourcing, and finance processes. This role requires a mix of technical leadership, functional knowledge, and stakeholder management to ensure successful platform adoption and optimization. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions for Source-to-Pay processes (procurement, sourcing, supplier onboarding, contract management, AP automation).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow designs.
• Define technical standards, architectural governance, and integration strategies across ERP, procurement, and finance systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle).
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural principles.
• Oversee solution roadmaps, upgrade planning, and platform optimization.
• Conduct impact analysis for new features, customizations, and integrations.
• Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory standards.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for ServiceNow capabilities in the S2P domain. Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with hands-on expertise in IT workflows and procurement/finance-related modules.
• Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes, including procurement, supplier management, and contract lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP/procurement platforms (SAP Ariba, Oracle, Coupa, Workday).
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, workflows, Flow Designer, and integration hub.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, or Certified Technical Architect) preferred.
