Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading complex transformation projects using ServiceNow.

Your primary focus will be on driving business value through digital transformation initiatives, leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow and IT service management. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their business objectives.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide thought leadership on industry trends and best practices. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your technical expertise, will enable you to effectively articulate the value proposition of our services to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience in leading complex ServiceNow transformations, preferably in the Energy, Resource, and Industrial (ER&I) industries.
• Strong understanding of IT service management principles, including ITIL v3/4 Foundation or higher certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver high-quality proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
• Certification in Prince2 and/or Agile disciplines is desirable. Benefits
