Hybrid ServiceNow Platform Expert

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to work in a hybrid environment, with 2 days spent in London and 3 days remote.

The successful candidate will be required to work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract due to IR35 regulations.

Applicants must have recently worked in Central Government.

The role involves supporting the development of enterprise workflows and data-driven decisions.

Candidates should have experience with the ServiceNow platform, including modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and CMDB.

Additionally, they must have knowledge of ServiceNow Scripting, including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.

Experience of REST/SOAP API Integration is also essential, as well as proficiency in designing and implementing Flow Designer and legacy Workflow Editor.

Service Portal Development skills, including custom widgets, pages, and themes, are also necessary.

JavaScript expertise is crucial, as it is the core scripting language used in ServiceNow.

A background in Agile/Scrum environments and experience with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps is also desirable.
