ServiceNow Enterprise Portfolio Manager

Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled professional to design, develop and implement solutions that support enterprise portfolio management, demand management, project management and resource planning within the ServiceNow platform.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules with a focus on SPM
• Implement workflows, business rules, UI policies and client scripts
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems as needed
• Maintain and enhance existing SPM configurations and functionalities
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SPM-related issues
• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
• Create and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations and processes

About the Ideal Candidate:

• Possess strong knowledge of ServiceNow and its various features
• Holding certifications such as ITIL or CSM would be beneficial
