Job Description
This role involves leading short-term ServiceNow consulting and advisory assignments in customer environments.
The key responsibilities include:
- Designing approaches and roadmaps for IT Service Management (ITSM) using ServiceNow's ITSM product suite.
- Leading discovery efforts to design approaches and roadmaps for replatforming and simplification of the ServiceNow platform.
- Working as a solution consultant and architect for new product implementation in ServiceNow's ITSM product suite.
- Supporting presales and solutioning efforts for RFPs and proactive opportunities as an expert in ServiceNow's ITSM modules.
- Developing a comprehensive thought leadership strategy with ServiceNow at its core, aligned with business objectives and industry trends.
Pre-requisites:
- 10+ years of experience in solution consulting, advisory, and architecture, with at least 5+ years of ServiceNow product experience.
- Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, including technical guidance on platform development and platform-wide solutions.
- Strong background in solution architecture and technical design, with a focus on ITSM, CMDB, and simplification.
- Strong understanding of IT service management and business processes, with the ability to translate these into technical solutions.
