[Remote] ServiceNow Solution Architect - ITSM - Vendor Management, DPM, DPR

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CDW is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on delivering scalable, high-quality solutions using the ServiceNow platform, particularly in ITSM, Vendor Management, Digital Portfolio Management (DPM), and Digital Product Release (DPR).

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and consulting on ServiceNow solutions for clients
• Lead solution design and technical architecture
• Serve as the primary technical point-of-contact and face of the development team
• Ensure high-quality technical deliverables and manage client escalations
• Write and estimate user stories, lead grooming, and monitor team progress
• Lead technical onboarding for new clients
• Collaborate with engagement managers to manage scope and critical path issues
• Stay current on the ServiceNow platform and product suite

• Strong consulting background and client-facing project leadership
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• At least two Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications (or within 6 months of hire)
• Skilled in JavaScript within ServiceNow (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.)
• Experience using Agile/Scrum methodology and leading technical teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable on camera for remote meetings
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• Knowledge of ITIL; ITIL certification preferred
