MetaPhase is looking for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect with a minimum of six (6) years of overall IT experience and a current CTA certification. Join our Federal IT team as we transform businesses and tackle complex challenges using ServiceNow. You will be integral to our expanding team, leveraging your ServiceNow expertise to manage existing engagements and help establish our corporate ServiceNow Business Practice.
Role Summary: As a technical leader, you will be recognized as a Subject Matter Expert, engaging with clients, business partners, technical teams, and project stakeholders. You will guide and mentor team members while overseeing projects from architectural design to implementation. The ServiceNow Solutions Architect will provide technical guidance across various ServiceNow initiatives, from ongoing maintenance to enterprise business transformations. In transformation projects, collaborate with teams to translate client objectives into specific technical requirements, designing tailored ServiceNow solutions. This position demands active client engagement, architectural decision-making, and alignment of technical standards with business needs.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Participate in strategic meetings to gather business requirements and propose ServiceNow solutions.
- Lead discussions on ServiceNow solution design for significant development efforts, including integrations and customizations.
- Ensure adherence to development guidelines concerning security, performance, and scalability.
- Work collaboratively to develop and maintain the technical roadmap for the ServiceNow platform, aligning with client transformation objectives.
- Oversee technical implementation projects, providing advanced support for ServiceNow configurations and custom developments.
- Create and maintain architectural diagrams and design specifications for the ServiceNow platform.
- Support business capture efforts by acting as the ServiceNow SME and contributing to proposals and marketing materials.
- Enhance MetaPhase's ServiceNow service line by maintaining sandbox environments for training and demo purposes.
- Mentor team members seeking to develop their ServiceNow skills and assist the recruitment team in interviewing potential hires.
What We Need From You (Required):
- 6+ years of overall IT experience.
- 2+ years in a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect or Developer role.
- Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow Cloud Platform solutions integrated with other Cloud Applications and Data Sources.
- Proficiency in building scoped applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing and consulting on key technical decisions.
- Hold ServiceNow certifications including Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- Experience supporting federal clients is mandatory.

Education Level: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Clearance Level: This position requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. US Citizenship is required. No exceptions.
Compensation for this role is estimated between $83k and $138k based on individual case factors.
