Join us as a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, where you will provide expert guidance to our customers as they model and automate processes within the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise will help develop innovative solutions tailored to each customer's unique ServiceNow environment.
Requirements for this position include being located in the United States.
- Deliver hands-on development assistance including form configuration, workflow management, reporting, data imports, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations.
- Collaborate with the Engagement Manager and customer stakeholders to grasp business requirements and the rationale for changes in functionality.
- Create user stories along with their acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and conduct knowledge transfer while aiding customers in approval processes.
- Address technical and application configuration inquiries.
- Configure and customize applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement new functionalities for customers adhering to ServiceNow best practices.
- Assist in troubleshooting ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and release management issues.
- Analyze problems and propose viable solutions.
- Document all completed work thoroughly.
- Lead technical implementation teams, providing code reviews for less experienced consultants.
- Develop and configure necessary integration components such as SSO, LDAP, and APIs.
- Enhance ServiceNow portal components to improve user experience.
- Empower customers' ServiceNow administrators towards self-sufficiency.
- Conduct technical training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Research system failures to propose, test, and implement solutions.
- Maintain an 80% billable utilization target.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and customization.
- 3+ years of proficiency in common web technologies and networking (e.g., XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, TCP/IP).
- Deep knowledge of ITIL methodologies and IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM, Service Catalog).
- Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) including token-based authentication, SAML 1.1, and SAML 2.0.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services for integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to work remotely and collaborate with distributed teams.
- Strong capacity to comprehend and execute complex end-user requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Certifications
- Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Required: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification in at least two application areas.

Annual Compensation Range:
- The anticipated salary range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000 annually, influenced by experience, education, location, and other considerations.
