MetaPhase is on the lookout for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect with a minimum of six (6) years of overall IT experience, including a current CTA certification. This role involves becoming an integral part of our Federal IT team, focused on transforming and solving complex problems for our clients through ServiceNow. You will join a growing team, where you can utilize your ServiceNow expertise to enhance ongoing engagements and contribute to developing our corporate ServiceNow Business Practice.

Role Summary:

As a technical leader, you will establish your position as a Subject Matter Expert. You'll act as a liaison among clients (current and future), business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders, serving as a mentor for team members. You will oversee projects from an architectural design perspective through implementation, providing both leadership and technical hands-on support as needed. You'll contribute technical expertise across various ServiceNow efforts, from operations and maintenance projects to enterprise business transformation initiatives.

In transformation projects, you'll collaborate with teams to understand our clients' business objectives, translate client needs into specific technical requirements, and define ServiceNow solutions that align with those requirements. This client-facing role involves working closely with team members to develop and implement these requirements in ServiceNow. You will be responsible for making ServiceNow architectural decisions, establishing technical standards, solving business problems, and maximizing clients' ServiceNow investments while managing multiple engagements simultaneously.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Participating in senior management-level meetings to gather business requirements, offer solutions, and act as a ServiceNow expert.
  • Leading technical discussions around ServiceNow solution design and architecture for larger development efforts.
  • Ensuring adherence to development guidelines related to security, performance, reusability, scalability, and code reviews.
  • Collaborating with teams and clients to maintain a technical roadmap for the ServiceNow platform that supports transformation objectives.
  • Leading technical aspects of ServiceNow implementation projects and providing advanced support in tool configuration and custom development.
  • Creating and maintaining design specifications, architectural diagrams, and process diagrams related to ServiceNow platform applications.
  • Supporting business capture efforts by acting as the ServiceNow SME and contributing to proposals, marketing materials, case studies, and presentations.
  • Contributing to MetaPhase's ServiceNow service line by maintaining environments and collaborating on module configurations for training or demos.
  • Serving as a mentor for team members supporting ServiceNow projects and assisting in recruitment efforts for ServiceNow resources.

What We Need From You (Required):

  • 6+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect and/or Developer.
  • Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow Cloud Platform solutions integrating with various applications and data sources.
  • Experience in building scoped applications.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to consult on key technical decisions.
  • Hold ServiceNow certifications, including CSA, CAD, and at least one CIS certification, along with the CTA certification.
  • Experience supporting federal clients is essential.

Education Level: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Clearance Level: This position requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required. NO exceptions.
