Role: HRSD PROCESS AND TECHNOLOGY ANALYST
Location: Southfield, MI, 4 days/week on-site
Salary: $100,000-$120,000
Responsibilities Include: as a member of the Global HR Transformation Team, the ServiceNow, or any other ITSM, HRSD Process and Technology Analyst, you will be supporting the HR Global Business Services (HR GBS) organization through the design and delivery of HR technology solutions in ServiceNow. This role will support the internal change management process for continual improvement of HR processes and technology advancements which includes supporting HR process and system design, requirements gathering, implementing solutions, user acceptance testing, end user training, and deployment of changes.
Your Work Will Include, But Not Be Limited To
- HR Technology Management & Continuous Improvement
- Perform day to-day administration of the ServiceNow instance; maintain the stability and usability of the platform, oversee user access and permissions, manage support for incidents, and support upgrade planning and execution
- Oversees Knowledge Management module and supports all Knowledge Base Articles globally establishes a cyclical review of content and continuously drives accuracy and relevancy of content in coordination with KBA owners.
- Identifies and recommends updates to technology systems and procedures in partnership with Global Core Team + GPOs to support greater process efficiencies, self-service automation and a great employee experience.
- Implement new and improved functionality across the ServiceNow platform, employee portal and mobile app including but not limited to: case management, knowledge, portal content, agent workspace, employee workflows, service configurations, virtual agent and live agent chat.
- Supports and executes (where capable) changes per the internal technology change management process; intake of change proposal, requirements gathering, leadership approvals, development sprints, user acceptance testing, change delivery and hyper-care.
- Delivers day-to-day operational support for ServiceNow end users
- Support HR GBS process enabling technology (ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, T&A Systems and others), including enhancement requests, defect/issue resolution, software update/new release management process
- Identifies the need / requirements for any new systems / technology, digital enablement solutions to support automation or enhancement of HR GBS processes
- Oversight over global HR GBS process design and execution, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness and a positive customer experience / outcome
- Support driving any process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives across the HR GBS landscape
- HR Process Development & Improvement
- Assists in executing the strategy for HR process development and improvement to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of global HR GBS organization. Processes include but are not limited to time and attendance, staffing, employee data management, exit management and benefits.
- Maintains process maps and written documentation in accordance with global standard in partnership with GPOs and Regional Leads
- Exposure to multiple HR disciplines including Recruiting, Time & Attendance, Employee Data Management, Compensation and Benefits
- Work across multiple plants and / or countries
- Exposure to a high-performance, start-up environment
- Ability to grow across the organization and develop your skills
- Process-based development
- Customer service skills development
- Expansion into knowledge-centric areas

- Experience working with best-in-class HR and Service Management Technology Applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified ServiceNow Admin (CSA), HRSD
- 2+ years in an HR generalist or HR functional role
- 2+ years in HR role specifically related to process / technology management
- Systems orientation (ServiceNow, SuccessFactors)
- Experience in HR process review and improvement
- Experience implementing and configuring areas of ServiceNow. Areas include: Catalog Items, Employee Center Pro, Workspace, Virtual Agent, Live Agent Chat, Advanced Work Assignments, Skills, Mobile App, Employee Workflows, ACLs, SLAs, Dynamic Translations, Localization Framework, and Performance Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication across groups and stakeholders
- Ability to effectively partner with a 3rd party managed service provider both on shore and offshore
- Ability to analyze processes and support plans for improvement
- Committed to continuous improvement, attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills
