Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all development aligns with the architecture principles of ServiceNow and is reusable, reliable, and adaptive.
• Manage the ServiceNow solution design, development, testing, migrating to Production (update sets)
• Understanding the business context and how to translate business and functional requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow implementation.
• Ensure that the platform capabilities are efficiently and effectively utilized to drive expected business outcomes.
• Requirements elicitation, design, development, testing, training, and implementation support
• Manage the ServiceNow solution design, development, testing, and go-live support.
• Work with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify and refine data requirements.
• Proficient with business rules, client script, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, flow designer, notifications. Education, Requirements and Qualifications
• Minimum US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
• Five (5) to seven (7) Plus years of ServiceNow experience
• Experience in a ServiceNow platform in order to support Low-Code/No-Code Development.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow's architecture, data model, and core concepts.
