• *About the Role:**

This position is for an experienced leader who will oversee the implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in ServiceNow, including HRSD implementations. They will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions using ServiceNow capabilities.

• *Responsibilities:**
• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions from initiation to deployment.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Provide expert technical guidance throughout the implementation process.
• Evaluate and ensure timely project delivery, meeting required quality standards.
• *Requirements & Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5-8+ years of experience in ServiceNow, specifically in HRSD implementations.
• Strong background in Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD (CIS-HR).
• Demonstrated exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
