ServiceNow Developer/admin

  • Mid. level Servicenow Developer/Admin -$40 to $43 hr C2C All Inc
  • Sr. Servicenow Developer/Admin-$60 to $65 hr C2C All Inc

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in CMDB, IT Asset Management (ITAM), and IT Service Management (ITSM) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to streamline IT processes, improve service delivery, and ensure data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across CMDB, ITAM, and ITSM modules.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
  • Maintain and enhance the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Implement IT Asset Management (Hardware, Software, and Cloud) processes and integrate with discovery tools.
  • Support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Request Fulfillment.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with third-party tools and enterprise systems.
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices and organizational standards.
  • Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for ServiceNow applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, IT operations, security) to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–6+ years of ServiceNow development experience with strong hands-on expertise in CMDB, ITAM, and ITSM.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
  • Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Lifecycle Management preferred.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or relevant ServiceNow certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITAM, CMDB) highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in ServiceNow HAM Pro/SAM Pro.
  • Familiarity with cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Requrement 2 :-

QA ServiceNow Tester

Phoenix, Arizona -Onsite

Rate Range $40 to $45 hr C2C All Inc

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Tester with experience in validating ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and integrations across various modules. The ideal candidate will ensure quality delivery through comprehensive testing, defect management, and alignment with business and IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT, and end-to-end testing of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Validate ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, HRSD, and Custom Applications.
  • Conduct API and interface testing for integrations with third-party systems.
  • Ensure all defects are logged, tracked, and resolved in collaboration with developers and stakeholders.
  • Validate upgrades, patches, and releases of ServiceNow to ensure platform stability and performance.
  • Work closely with business analysts, developers, and administrators to understand requirements and provide test coverage.
  • Support automation initiatives by creating automated test scripts (if applicable).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5+ years of QA/testing experience, with at least 2+ years in ServiceNow testing.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, or other modules.
  • Hands-on experience with manual and automation testing.
  • Familiarity with test management tools (JIRA, HP ALM, qTest, Zephyr, etc.).
  • Experience testing REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes and workflows.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  • Knowledge of Selenium, Cypress, or other automation frameworks.
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, etc.) are a plus.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
