Job Title: ServiceNow Senior Business Systems Analyst Job Overview

The Judicial Council of California is seeking a highly skilled professional to support the Administrative Systems Development unit. This role will act as a liaison between business and technical users, supporting the development initiatives in the ServiceNow SaaS platform; provide production support to team members and judicial council entities for new modules and enhancements; and serve as an operations consultant to business and technical users to analyze and recommend efficient business processes. Responsibilities:

• Lead project management in support of ServiceNow application upgrades, module deployments, and ongoing production support
• Ensure ServiceNow's compliance with the Judicial Council's information technology security policies and procedures
• Prepare, update, and provide analysis of ServiceNow program, contract, and related documents
• Develop plans, coordinate with vendors, and set project timelines and priorities
• Provide ServiceNow program user guides and training Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience in technical and business process support, analysis, or project management for systems/applications
• Possession of a bachelor's degree in a directly related field may be substituted for one of the years of required experience
• Additional four (4) years of professional experience may substitute for the bachelor's degree
