ServiceNow Expert Lead

This role requires a strong ServiceNow expert to lead client projects and contribute to business development.
- Leading end-to-end client projects across ServiceNow applications
- Serving as primary client contact and building trusted relationships
- Translating complex business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions
- Configuring, customizing, and extending ServiceNow applications
- Delivering sales demos and supporting proposal development
- Mentoring junior staff and contributing to internal best practices
Desired skills include:
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and implementation
- Proficiency with ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Business Rules, Workflows, UI Policies)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations and third-party tools
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and client-facing presentation skills
Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer are desirable.
