ServiceNow Expert Lead

This role requires a strong ServiceNow expert to lead client projects and contribute to business development.

  • Leading end-to-end client projects across ServiceNow applications
  • Serving as primary client contact and building trusted relationships
  • Translating complex business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions
  • Configuring, customizing, and extending ServiceNow applications
  • Delivering sales demos and supporting proposal development
  • Mentoring junior staff and contributing to internal best practices

Desired skills include:

  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and implementation
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Business Rules, Workflows, UI Policies)
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations and third-party tools
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and client-facing presentation skills

Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer are desirable.
