Seeking a seasoned professional with deep expertise in ServiceNow development, particularly in Field Service Management implementations and customizations.
This is an excellent opportunity to leverage skills in FSM components, including work orders, dispatching, skills-based assignment, and mobile interface customization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing comprehensive solutions using the ServiceNow FSM module.
- Customizing and enhancing FSM workflows, including dispatch logic and work order management functionalities.
- Configuring mobile interfaces and developing features for technician scheduling and resource allocation.
- Integrating FSM with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM) and external third-party systems.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications and testing protocols.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to FSM configurations, scripts, and custom code.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least 2 years focused specifically on FSM.
- Strong understanding of FSM components, including work orders, dispatching, skills-based assignment, and mobile interface customization.
- Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, etc.).
- Experience working with REST/SOAP web services and tools such as ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies in software development.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or FSM certification is a plus.
