The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on the CSM, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB modules for the Telecom industry.

Key responsibilities include solution design and governance, product catalog and inventory management, trouble ticket lifecycle management process optimization, technical leadership, collaboration and communication, and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. They must also have proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including workflows, Flow Designer, and integrations, as well as knowledge of REST APIs, JavaScript, and ServiceNow scripting.

Certifications: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) or related modules. Experience in ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation, specifically in Telecom & Media industry processes, especially related to order management, is required.
