ServiceNow Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to design, develop, and deploy customized ServiceNow solutions that meet the business needs of our organization. This includes creating new service maps, patterns, and event management capabilities to support an automated service health dashboard.

This role requires strong technical skills, including knowledge of ServiceNow platform and ITOM applications, as well as experience with Linux, Windows, and SQL commands.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow Service Mapping and CMDB architecture, as well as advanced experience with SN service mapping and impact assessment rules.
