Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer to fill this critical role. In this position, the successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining robust Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, risk managers, compliance officers, and audit teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions that enhance our organization's risk posture and ensure regulatory adherence.
This includes lead development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow IRM modules, including Advanced Risk, Audit Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), Regulatory Change Management, and Business Continuity Management (BCM). The developer will design and build IRM workflows, scoring methodologies, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM).
- Configure and customize functional data such as Notifications, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and reporting
- Develop and manage script objects like Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and Flows/Workflows
The successful candidate will set up and manage integrations between ServiceNow IRM and other internal/external systems using various methods (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server). They will also perform data imports and exports, ensuring data integrity and alignment with IRM processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, product managers, and stakeholders is crucial for gathering and prioritizing business requirements for IRM solutions. Requirements
