Application Architect - ServiceNow

Overview

CTG is seeking an Application Architect - ServiceNow for our client in Middletown, NJ.

Duration: Ongoing Contract

Overview: We are looking for a skilled Application Architect with expertise in ServiceNow, Java Spring, and Azure to support complex telecom applications, including application rationalization and migration programs. This role requires experience with AT&T tools, processes, and cross-geo teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop solutions on ServiceNow, including CMDB and ITSM integrations.
• Lead Java Spring and Azure application development and migration initiatives.
• Support application rationalization and deprecation programs.
• Collaborate with multiple vendors and cross-functional teams globally.
• Provide technical guidance and updates to leadership and project teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM expertise.
• Proficient in Java Spring and Azure cloud services.
• Telecom industry experience, ideally AT&T systems.
• Experience in application rationalization, deprecation, and complex integrations.
• Strong collaboration and leadership communication skills across geographies.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
