Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 5 years in financial services or highly regulated industries.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow program management (ITSM, ITOM, HR, Risk, or GRC modules).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud migration and modernization programs.
• Strong knowledge of cloud governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Tools knowledge: ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project.
• PMP, PgMP, or ITIL certification strongly preferred.
