Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the ServiceNow platform to meet the operational needs of our clients. Responsibilities

• Create and maintain forms, reports, views, workflows, groups, and roles in ServiceNow.
• Develop and enhance dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports.
• Configure tool integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, etc).
• Coordinate and support application and platform upgrades.
• Assist with design, creation, and cataloging of business process flows.
• Work with other members of the ServiceNow development team to propose solutions based on business needs and strategies.
• Perform tasks to design and configure ServiceNow functions to meet operational needs.
• Support business process re-engineering activities to move ticketing and order management capabilities into ServiceNow.
• Identify trends and find patterns in unstructured and semi-structured customer data to create a positive customer experience and increase network performance. Requirements
• US Citizenship is required.
• A bachelor's degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience or a master's with 6–10 years of prior relevant experience.
• At least 6 years of experience with technology infrastructure design, development, and support.
• At least 4 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently, prioritize, schedule, and complete multiple tasks. Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• Experience with Agile development and testing methodology.
• Exposure to ServiceNow applications like Telecommunication Management System (TSM), Telecommunications Network Inventory (TNI), Order Management Telecommunications (OMT) modules, etc.
