Job Title: Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master – ServiceNow & Azure DevOps

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional, global teams in delivering high-impact technology initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in Agile delivery, hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, and deep knowledge of ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will excel at structured planning, stakeholder alignment, and driving execution, while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Drive Scrum calls, Sprint Planning sessions, Risk/Issue reviews, and ensure accountability across global teams.
• Manage project delivery using Azure DevOps (backlog grooming, sprint tracking, dashboards, reporting).
• Utilize ServiceNow for project workflows (incident, change, request management, backlog management, enhancements, defect tracking).
• Lead ServiceNow implementation projects, including module deployment (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM, etc.), workflow design, and integrations.
• Coordinate ServiceNow platform upgrades, patching, and deployment of new features/enhancements.
• Partner with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow initiatives.
• Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and detailed project plans to track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Prepare and deliver clear status reports (weekly/monthly) for leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Identify and manage risks/issues, ensuring timely resolution to keep initiatives on track.
• Promote Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and effective stakeholder communication.

Must Haves:

• 5–7 years’ experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master in a technology-driven environment.
• Proven expertise with Agile/Scrum methodologies and frameworks.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting (Jira acceptable alternative).
• In-depth ServiceNow experience, including workflows, modules, enhancements, and governance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and align global teams across time zones.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: clear, concise, proactive, and a high sense of urgency.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications (Plusses):

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• PMP or other project management certifications.
• Familiarity with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
• Experience in enterprise IT transformation, cloud, or cybersecurity (Vulnerability Management experience preferred).

• Panel interview with HM and additional leads/team members.

• Experience in cloud transformation or enterprise IT environments.

• Cybersecurity industry and Vulnerability Management experience preferred.
