Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst/Developer Position Open

A Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst/Developer is required to join our team. The successful candidate will have a blend of Business Analysis and Development experience and be able to operate at a senior strategic level.

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow configurations and integrations.
• Design and implement ServiceNow workflows and business processes.
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Analyze and improve existing ServiceNow configurations and processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow functionality.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend new ServiceNow features and technologies.
