Senior ServiceNow Developer, ITOM, CMDB

At IDEXX, we are enhancing our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to improve its quality, comprehensiveness, and reliability. This initiative enables streamlined security operations, proactive service delivery, and opportunities for further automation.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing new solutions that drive the evolution and maturity of our CMDB capabilities. Your expertise will help shape advanced features and tools that empower teams to utilize the CMDB to its fullest potential.

You will design, develop, and implement robust ServiceNow integrations to expand and enrich our CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and reliability from multiple sources. You will also develop and enhance discovery patterns, custom probes, and sensors to improve automated CI population and reconciliation.

Maintain and optimize CMDB health through effective identification and remediation of data quality issues, regular audits, and ongoing improvements.
