Job Description:
- 5+ years of experience using Service Now, including process mapping and security profile setup.
- Lead coordination and communication with internal and external teams during IT service transition.
- Experience managing the creation and implementation of Service Now processes for ITIL.
- Ability to navigate current instance to pull data for review and implement new processes.
Requirements:
- PMP certification or equivalent, or 15+ years in relevant PMO experience.
- Reside in South Florida.
- Onsite 3 days a week, Tues, Wed, and Thurs, 8:00am-5:00pm.
- Minimum travel <10%.
- 5+ years with Infrastructure Project experience.
- 5+ years with Waterfall experience.
- Broad knowledge in various technologies, including Windows and Unix operating systems, cloud migrations, virtualization technologies, databases, storage technologies, and networking devices.
