Job Description:

  • 5+ years of experience using Service Now, including process mapping and security profile setup.
  • Lead coordination and communication with internal and external teams during IT service transition.
  • Experience managing the creation and implementation of Service Now processes for ITIL.
  • Ability to navigate current instance to pull data for review and implement new processes.

Requirements:

  • PMP certification or equivalent, or 15+ years in relevant PMO experience.
  • Reside in South Florida.
  • Onsite 3 days a week, Tues, Wed, and Thurs, 8:00am-5:00pm.
  • Minimum travel <10%.
  • 5+ years with Infrastructure Project experience.
  • 5+ years with Waterfall experience.
  • Broad knowledge in various technologies, including Windows and Unix operating systems, cloud migrations, virtualization technologies, databases, storage technologies, and networking devices.
