Business Systems Analyst - ServiceNow Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive a strategic HR transformation initiative leveraging ServiceNow HRSD.

This role will require the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, design complex workflows, and support integration efforts across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the translation of functional HR requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Design and build complex ServiceNow HRSD workflows, including permissions and role-based access.
• Document integration requirements and data flows across systems.
• Collaborate with implementation specialists to hand off configuration-ready documentation.
• Drive and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario development and execution tracking.
• Partner with the Product Manager to ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
• Map end-to-end data flows and system interactions across HR platforms.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with at least 2 years in ServiceNow HRSD.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems integration.
• Proven experience in workflow design and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with UAT planning and execution.
