ServiceNow Developer Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and modernizing system integrations that support business operations and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

• Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clean, effective technical solutions.
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules using JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and more.
• Review and modernize existing integrations to improve reliability and performance.
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-deployment support.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation.
• Ensure solutions align with security standards and platform best practices.
• Contribute to other technical and support tasks as needed. About You

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented developer who enjoys solving problems and working across multiple technologies. You should be a self-starter, a strong communicator, and comfortable in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Experience supporting Tier 1-4 Service Desks.
• Experience building, testing, and deploying solutions in classified environments and across security domains.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving Priority 1 and 2 issues under tight timelines.
