Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions using ITSM, CM, Configurations, and Discovery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.
• Maintain and improve existing ServiceNow systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience working with ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow administration, configuration, and customization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
