Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Location: Minneapolis, MN - hybrid 3x/week Duration: ASAP - end of year (could extend up to 24 months)

We are seeking an experienced engineer with strict development experience working in ServiceNow for a minimum of 5 years. ">

• Development and Implementation: Proven expertise in ServiceNow CSM and ITSM domains.
• Scripting and Development: Skilled in ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript, AngularJS, Flow designer, Workflow Editor, Rest integrations, Scripted REST API development.
• Advanced Work Assignment: Extensive knowledge in setting up channels, queues, assignment rules, handling agent presence and capacity, troubleshooting technical issues within the Agent Chat and Configurable workspace.
• Service Portal Architecture: Proficient in creating portals, pages, widgets, custom logic using AngularJS implementation.
• System Customization: Experienced in Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS and HTML.
