Expert ServiceNow Configuration Specialist

ServiceNow Developer Role

Our company requires a skilled ServiceNow developer to configure and develop the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will work closely with the ServiceNow Architect and business analysts to ensure that the platform meets the business needs of the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with the ServiceNow Architect and business analysts to transform business requirements into a viable solution.
• Implement integrations with other systems/applications using API, Integration Hub, and other integration methods.
• Manage Update Set creation and migration, perform code promotion between environments, following the Client Global IT Change Management process.
• Conduct unit testing before handing over the solution for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop and maintain technical documentation. Necessary Skills and Experience:
• More than five years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least two years of experience in SPM [Formerly ITBM].
• Familiarity with ServiceNow development tools like workflow, flow designer, business rules, scripts, and Access Control List (ACL) rules.
• A thorough understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Global work experience.
• ServiceNow certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to rapidly learn new concepts and functionality.
