ITSM Specialist

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team and lead the development and enhancement of our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ITOM and a strong background in CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, and related modules. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow solutions with a focus on CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
• Lead the development of integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment Requirements

To qualify for this position, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on ITOM
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integrations
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience with automation and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with continuous integration (CI/CD), code versioning tools such as Git, and Agile principles What We Offer
