Senior DevOps Engineer - ServiceNow Platform

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design and implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for our ServiceNow applications, integrations, and custom development. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow applications, integrations, and custom development.
• Establish infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices for ServiceNow environments.
• Automate build, test, deployment, and monitoring workflows for ServiceNow and related services.
• Partner with engineering teams to embed Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) models into the ServiceNow platform.
• Drive observability, monitoring, and alerting frameworks for ServiceNow applications to ensure high availability and performance. Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 8+ years of DevOps engineering experience, with at least 3+ years on the ServiceNow Now Platform.
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform development, deployments, and upgrades.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and integration into enterprise applications.
