Job Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled professional to fill a crucial role in our organization.
To be successful in this position, it is required to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions for ServiceNow workflow applications, including:
- CX and TX workflows, IT Service Management, HR Service Delivery, Employee Onboarding and Transitions
- User Experience - build modern, intuitive user interfaces using ServiceNow's Experience Layer components
- Configure and enhance the Next Experience UI for tailored and seamless interactions Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience with the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Customer Experience and Technology Experience workflows
- Deep understanding of customer journey optimization, including touchpoints in marketing, sales, and commerce
- Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with external systems to create end-to-end workflows Benefits and Opportunities
