ServiceNow Agile Project Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for coaching and guiding a development team to achieve their highest performance level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Remove impediments, drive continuous improvement, and align delivery to competing business priorities
• Lead senior technical resources and manage product backlogs in ServiceNow
• Ability to lead cross-functional Agile teams and multiple concurrent workstreams
• Public Trust clearance is required

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• 6+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Certification

Benefits:
