Job Details: Project Manager – ServiceNow
We are actively seeking a Project Manager with proven experience managing ServiceNow-related projects in large enterprise environments. This person will lead strategic ServiceNow implementations and work closely with internal IT teams, business units, and external vendors to drive project success.
This role is onsite in Chicago 3 days/week and requires someone comfortable managing client-facing software delivery projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, ITOM).
- Coordinate across internal technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
- Define project scope, schedule, resource plan, and risk management strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery and adherence to enterprise standards.
- Lead meetings, provide executive updates, and maintain project documentation.
- Drive user adoption and change management efforts for new platform capabilities.
Must-Have Requirements:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow projects.
- Background working in large enterprise environments (10K+ employees or equivalent complexity).
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project, or similar PM tools.
Preferences:
- Experience in client-facing software delivery environments.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or ServiceNow certifications.
- Agile/Waterfall hybrid project experience.
- Previous work with offshore or vendor-based delivery teams.
