Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Governance Analyst to fill this key position. The successful candidate will work closely with the Process Governance team to transition from Remedy to ServiceNow, ensuring seamless process management and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Process Governance team to design and implement ServiceNow processes that meet business requirements.
• Analyze and improve existing ServiceNow configurations to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of ServiceNow processes and configurations.
• Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementation and maintenance. Requirements
• Proven experience in ServiceNow configuration and administration.
• Strong understanding of IT service management principles and ServiceNow processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and customization (optional).
