ServiceNow Solutions Architect

Job Summary:

As a Senior Lead Software Development Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing complex ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Work with architects and senior engineers to define integration requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions.
• Debug and optimize integrations for performance and reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, OAuth, and web technologies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scoped applications.
• Experience with MID Server setup and basic configuration.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow's data models and CMDB.
• Exposure to the SN CSM and FSM applications/modules is a plus.
