ServiceNow Implementation Lead

Technology Consulting Expert

We are seeking an experienced Technology Consulting Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow and IT management/leadership.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying pain points, and recommending suitable ServiceNow solutions. They will also craft technical blueprints for implementations, prepare proposals, and guide stakeholders throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Recommend suitable ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs
• Craft technical blueprints for implementations
• Prepare proposals with detailed cost estimates and implementation timelines
• Guide developers, administrators, and other stakeholders throughout the implementation process
• Configuration & customization: Configure ServiceNow modules and workflows to align with specific business requirements
• Ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications
• Testing & validation: Conduct thorough testing to ensure the solution functions as designed and meets performance benchmarks
• Train end-users and support teams on the new ServiceNow system
• Performance optimization: Continuously monitor performance and suggest improvements for efficiency and scalability
• Change management: Continuously learn about new ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends
• Participating in sales pitches and presentations
• Collaborating with product vendors and partners

Requirements:

• 11+ years of experience with ServiceNow and 10 years of combined experience in IT Management/Leadership
• Passionate Servant Leader and employee advocate with a strong ServiceNow track record in ITSM/ITOM
• Strategic thinker with a comprehensive vision of the ServiceNow platform and delivery in alignment with organizational goals; Vast technical acumen spanning data center operations, service design, service delivery and continuous improvement, enterprise monitoring, database architecture/administration, and application development
• Rich consultative, architecture, and development experience with eight years in consultative roles
