Job Responsibilities:

  • Configure and launch new ServiceNow applications, modules, and UI/Workflows, including regular plugin verification and updates.
  • Implement the latest version of ServiceNow, manage update sets and version control.
  • Develop integrations and process automation using the App Engine and Integration Hub.
  • Utilize Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and scoped applications to streamline automation and user experience.
  • Ensure consistent configuration and reliable operation across all ServiceNow environments, including development, testing, sandbox, and production.
  • Manage ServiceNow Security Center, hotfixes, patches, and supports audits and compliance. Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software development, business or a related field and experience developing and delivering on ServiceNow or related initiatives or an associate degree in the aforementioned fields and 3+ years of ServiceNow or related experience. In lieu of a degree, a high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of ServiceNow or related experience will be considered.
  • Self-motivated with proven ITSM and ServiceNow knowledge.
  • Strong grasp and understanding of CSDM 4.0 or 5.0.
  • Demonstrated experience working on a team, with the ability to make a strong, hands-on contribution.
