We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow expert to join our team as a Senior Technical Consultant. As a key member of our technical team, you'll provide strategic guidance and hands-on support to our customers, helping them get the most out of their ServiceNow investments. Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet customers' evolving needs, leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Work closely with engagement managers and customer stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation on all work completed, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the implementation process.
  • Lead technical implementation teams, guiding less experienced consultants through code review and mentorship.
  • Design and develop required integration components, such as SSO, LDAP, and APIs, to enhance system security and performance.
  • Enhance the user experience by developing and configuring ServiceNow portal components.
  • Empower customers' ServiceNow administrators to become self-sufficient by providing training and support.
  • Conduct technical training and knowledge transfer sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Research systems and/or programs to determine causes of failure or poor operational performance; then define, test, and implement detailed solutions to drive process improvements. Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience with common web technologies and networking (e.g., XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, TCP/IP).
  • Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM, Service Catalog).
  • Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) using authentication methods such as token-based authentication, SAML 1.1, and SAML 2.0.
  • Familiarity with integrations using REST/SOAP web services.
  • Ability to work remotely and collaborate with distributed teams.
  • Ability to understand and implement complex end-user requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Benefits:
