We are currently looking for ServiceNow HRSD Architect immediately ( It's W2 or Fulltime role).

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Architect to lead the design and implementation of HR Service Delivery solutions. You will partner with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical experts to architect scalable solutions that enhance employee experience and streamline HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow HRSD modules (Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, etc.)
• Translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions aligned with best practices.
• Drive integrations with third-party HR systems, payroll, and Microsoft technologies.
• Define and implement data models, workflows, and catalog items for HR services
• Provide technical leadership to developers and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Support testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.
• Act as a trusted advisor for HR transformation initiatives leveraging ServiceNow.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12- 15 + years of overall ServiceNow experience, with at least 3+ years focused on HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and HRSD best practices.
• Expertise in Flow Designer, ATF, Integrations (REST/SOAP), Catalog Development, and Security.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS–HRSD, Architect) preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and solution design skills.
• Ready to work in US - PST /,CST /, EST hours
