Job Title: ServiceNow Expert Role

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow expert to lead our technical team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow solution design and implementation.

  • Design and implement ServiceNow Cloud Platform solutions.
  • Lead technical team discussions around ServiceNow solution design and architecture.
  • Collaborate with teams and clients to develop and maintain a technical roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend senior management-level meetings to obtain business requirements and provide solutions.
  • Provide leadership and advocacy, as well as hands-on support as needed.
  • Assist in troubleshooting/problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect and/or ServiceNow Developer.
  • Experience in solutioning, designing, and implementing ServiceNow Cloud Platform solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hold ServiceNow certifications including Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
