Expert ServiceNow Specialist

Job Overview:

This role requires a seasoned ServiceNow professional with extensive knowledge of the platform and its various products. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing new ServiceNow applications, as well as customizing existing ones to meet evolving business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and deploying web portals using JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Angular.
• Configuring and managing all ServiceNow objects, including tables, business rules, client scripts, and more.
• Providing technical leadership during problem-solving, testing, and production support.
• Integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise business systems.
• Developing standalone ServiceNow tools, dashboards, and reporting modules.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 14 years of IT/software development experience.
• No less than 8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and modern web technologies.
• Strong experience in workflow configuration, automation, and platform integrations.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and platform components.
• Hands-on experience managing ServiceNow upgrades and patch deployments.
