• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT with a focus on ServiceNow
• Current CTA certification
• Expertise in technical project leadership and ServiceNow platform optimization

As a Technical Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating technical risks, as well as providing thought leadership on industry trends and best practices.
