Senior Implementation Consultant

Accelerate and drive customer business outcomes as a technical expert for IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions at ServiceNow. Configure Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) capabilities using best practices focused on configuration. Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with customers to configure ITAM products based on best practices
• Support engagements efforts for ITAM-specific process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis
• Advise customers on improving their ITAM capabilities using ServiceNow standard capabilities
• Lead design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform and ITAM Solution technology
• Guide customers in completing required documentation and drafting user stories

Lead technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery, providing oversight and unit testing. Juggle multiple and complex projects/initiatives while promoting continuous improvement practices. Requirements:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations
• At least 5 years of configuration/development experience for complex technologies
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult, providing options with pros, cons, and risks
